Grilled Fish
Our favorite simple and Basic Recipe:

INGREDIENTS
- 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic, about 3 cloves
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar or sherry vinegar
- 1 teaspoon or more chopped fresh or dried herbs such as: rosemary, parsley, thyme, basil, or mint, or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme or oregano
- sprinkle of black pepper
- 2 kilos of fish fillets
- lemon wedges for garnish
- Combine all the ingredients except fish and lemon wedges and mix well. Brush the fish fillets on both sides and set them aside, lightly covered with a piece of aluminum foil, to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Place in a heated oven (180 degrees) for about 30 minutes
- Serve with baked potatoes or white rice or salad on the side
