Grilled Fish

Our favorite simple and Basic Recipe:

We always have a pack of Frozen Fish Fillets on standby for a real Mediterranean-style treat.
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic, about 3 cloves
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar or sherry vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon or more chopped fresh or dried herbs such as: rosemary, parsley, thyme, basil, or mint, or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme or oregano
  • sprinkle of black pepper
  • 2 kilos of fish fillets
  • lemon wedges for garnish
Direction:
  1. Combine all the ingredients except fish and lemon wedges and mix well. Brush the fish fillets on both sides and set them aside, lightly covered with a piece of aluminum foil, to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Place in a heated oven (180 degrees) for about 30 minutes
  3. Serve with baked potatoes or white rice or salad on the side
