Review: Latifa Rustic Lounge - Broumana
Last Tuesday, we were invited to the Launching of Latifa Bar and Lounge, The Venue is Nestled between the Brounama Pines and located next to the Prestigious Broumana Boutique Hotel and SPA.
As you climb the Stairs you instantly notice the Pink outdoor bar on your left and spacious seating arrangements placed under shaded Pergolas all around. The Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the various plates and beverages that were presented.
The Event was a Soft Launch, in addition to being a Lounge/Resto, this outdoor spacious venue is well suited for Lunch, Weddings and private functions. Improvements can be made as Latifa Bar and Lounge gets settled in.

We had the luxury to devour these yummy bites:
We kicked off our night with a cold alcoholic drink mixed with a pinch of juice and tea; a perfect option for hot summer nights. Next came the food:
First we digged into Chimichurri; Freshly baked bread rolls with herb-olive oil dip.
A "Mezza” sampler dish: with a selection of white cheese sprinkled with black sesame seeds; mashed potatoes with herbs; beetroot in lemon juice;
followed by hot savory pastries; shrimps and dips, and 2 types of refreshing types of Salads (salmon Ceviche and Mediterranean salad with red onions and grilled palmettos)
Last but not least, we were served with the main course. Grilled Chicken nestled over a handful of well-cooked Quinoa along to Pasta with white sauce.
All these yummy flavors tickled our taste buds, along to the lovely ambiance, lovely live show, the cool breeze, and sweet company. Here's some pictures :)
