I've heard a lot about this place, and was encouraged by my FEM Members to try it out, however, I had to put it on hold as it's a bit far and quite a drive to reach it!
So last week, and following a small stay in Byblos (I'll share with you about it later) we decided to head up to Ehmej / Laklouk!
Located on the main road was a very vibrant and inviting spot, and we had to stop and check it out!
I was so delighted to find out it was La Vallée Blanche!
What an incredible hidden Gem!
Al Baydar by La Vallée Blanche
We walked in, It was Sunday morning and the place was already almost booked with reservations. We were welcomed by one of the friendly staff members who explained to us we can either take a formula which is $25/person (Adult / Child above 4 years) which included open food and access to all activities. Or we can order off the menue and pay 5,000 L.L per each activity. We Opted for the 2nd option and were seated in a wagon style seating!
The weather was perfect, no WiFi so it was a great time to detach from all the social media, and engage our eyes in the amazing view surrounding us!
We ordered a plate of Fattouch (veggies were super fresh, and crispy fried bread added extra point), fries and Hommous, and Kafta Saj plate with pomegranate dip!
Service was a bit slow as it was lunch time and the guys got overloaded, however, quality of the food and fresh breath made it all up!
I would have added few hammocks here and there, and trust me you can easily nap!
Next it was time to let out our energy, and engage in some outdoor fun activities.
My children decided to go for Pony Ride and slide down the slide!
So expect us to definitely visit this place again :)
